Has told Us Qutaibah bin Sa'id, has told Us Al Laits from Yazid bin Abu Habib from Sa'd bin Sinan from Anas ibn Malik radliallahu 'anhu that the Messenger of Allaah sallallahu' alaihi wasallam said: the person who transgressed in giving shadaqah equal to people who do not give shadaqah. (Hadith Abu Daud)
from Abu Hurairah, he said; The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "A man said, 'I am really going to spend alms tonight,' so he gives alms to a prostitute until in the morning people say ' the sadaqah to a prostitute. ' Then he said: 'I am really going to spend alms tonight,' so he gives alms to a thief until in the morning people say: 'Last night he gave alms to a thief.' then he said: 'I am really going to spend alms tonight,' so he gave his wealth to the rich man, until in the morning people say: 'Last night he gave his riches to the rich.' Then the man said: 'Alhamdulillah I have given alms to a prostitute, a thief and a rich man.' "The Messenger of Allaah sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said:" Then someone came and said to him: "As for your sadaqah has been received, for the whore, may it be with the alms he begs forgiveness and keeps his honor, and for the thief hopefully with the alms he feels enough with him, whereas for the rich man hopefully with alms he took a lesson from him then menginfaqkan what God has given him. (Hadith Ahmad)
