Assallamuallaikum bun siang met maksi ya...favoritnya pak su nih oseng kerang kupas

Resep oseng kerang kupas :

250 gr Kerang yang sudah dikupas
4 buah cabe hijau iris2
15 buah cabe rawit iris2
3 siung bawang putih
6 siung bawang merah
1 butir telur
Garam
Penyedap
Saos teriyaki
1 sdm kecap manis
Minyak untuk menumis

Cara buat :
Rebus sebantar kerang kemudian cuci bersih. Panaskan minyak goreng tumis bawang putih, bawang merah masukan telur, acak telur kemudian masukan cabe hijau dan cabe rawit, aduk2 masukan kerang kupas, garam, penyedap, kecap manis dan saos teriyaki aduk rata tes rasa angkat sajikan panas
