Taebokki Mozarella • Marimasak

TAEBOKKI MOZARELLA

Bahan toppoki :
100 gr tepung beras
70 gr tepung tapioka (aku suka banyak biar kenyel)
Garam secukupnya
Air

Bahan saus :
3 sdm saos sambal
3 sdm saos tomat
1 bawang putih (cincang halus)
1/4 bawang bombay
1/2 sdm saos tiram
1/2 sdm kecap manis
1 sdm margarin
Garam
Merica
Daun bawang
Wijen
Mozarella

Cara memasak toppoki:
1. Campur dalam mangkuk tepung beras, tapioka dan garam. Didihkan air tuang dalam mangkuk tepung.
2. Uleni hingga tidak lenket dan mudah dibentuk.  Pilin memanjang, potong serong lalu masukkan dalam air mendidih, bila sudah mengapung angkat beri sedikit minyak agar tidak lengket, tiriskan.

Cara membuat saos :
1. Panaskan margarin, masukkan bawang bombay dan bawang putih tumis hingga harum.
2. Masukkan saos tiram, saos tomat, saos tiram, kecap manis, garam dan gula.
3. Masukkan toppoki dan sebagian dari daun bawang, biarkan sampe saus mengental.
4. Uji rasa.
5. Tuang dalam mangkuk saji, taburi daun bawang, wijen dan parutan mozarella.
