SALTED EGG YOLK STEAMED BUNS

Bahan isian:
150g kuning telur asin
125g mentega, suhu ruang
40g tepung custard
35g susu bubuk
100g susu evaporasi
250g gula icing 
Cara:
- Kukus kuning telur asin smp matang +/-5mnt - Haluskan dgn garpu / food processor
- Mixer mentega sebentar masukkan kuning telur yg sdh dihaluskan, mixer smp tercampur rata. Tambahkan tepung custard dan susu bubuk, aduk rata. Tambahkan susu evaporasi, aduk rata terakhir masukan gula icing, aduk rata. - Simpan di kulkas smp agak mengeras dan timbang @20g bulatkan dan bekukan min 2hr.

Bahan Kulit Pao:
500g tepung pao
6g ragi instan
80g gula pasir
250ml air
50g mentega putih
Garam seckpnya

Cara:
- Campur tepung pao, ragi, gula pasir. Tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit sambil di aduk hingga rata dan kira2 uda pas utk diulen. - Ulen sampai setengah kalis, masukan garam dan mentega putih. Ulen sampai kalis.
- Timbang adonan @40g, bulatkan diamkan 5-10menit, isi dengan bahan filling. Bulatkan, alas dgn kertas pao. - Biarkan istirahat 30-45menit, sementara itu panaskan kukusan / bisa pakai bambu steamer, air hrs sampai mendidih. Kukus pao 8-10menit tergantung besarnya pao. Angkat dan siap disajikan.

On the previous occasion, we have briefly reviewed some of the ways of eating the Prophet, one of which is to spend the remaining food on a plate or tray where you eat.
