💛Rice Ball isi Keju 💛

Bahan" nya :
Sepiring nasi
2 sdm margarin
1/2 siung bwg bombay cincang halus
1 buah wortel cincang halus
2 batang daun bwg (sy pake celery cincang halus)
2 sdm kornet (sy pake sosis 1 bh, potong dadu kecil)
Lada,  kaldu bubuk secukupnya
2 sdm terigu larutkan dg 7 sdm air
Keju quick melt (potong dadu kira" 1.5x1.5 cm)
Tepung roti dan 1 butir telur buat panir
Minyak goreng atau minyak padat .

Cara membuat:
1.Tumis bwg bombay dg margarin,  masukkan wortel dan kornet(sosis), aduk" sampai matang.
2.Masukkan nasi,  daun bwg(sy pake celery),bumbui dg lada dan kaldu bubuk,  aduk rata.
3.Masukkan larutan terigu,  aduk sampai rata,  angkat. Tunggu hangat.
4. Alasi tgn dg plastik. Ambil 1-2 sdm adonan nasi,  pipihkan, isi dg keju quick melt lalu bentuk bulat", sedikit dikepal yg kenceng spy padat.
5. Masukkan Rice Ball ke dalam kocokan telur,  lalu balut dg tepung roti.
6.Goreng RiceBall dlm minyak goreng secara terendam(sy pake minyak padat, spy Rice Ball lebih Cryspy bag luarnya) dg api sedang sampai kecoklatan. Tiriskan.
7.Sajikan (kl suka bisa diberi mayonnaise)

The Law of Eating Food for the Rest of Others in Islam
