Bahan2nya:

Rice paper
Daun slada
Daun Wansui
Daun bawang
Udang uk besar or sedang
Tuna
Bacon

Caranya: 🎈Rice paper yg pakai yg DIA 18cm ya...lupa merknya nanti saya post seperti apa deh 🎈Udang digoreng kering saja (tanpa kupas kulit) jk sdh matang baru kupas s.d bersih dan ambil bagian hitamnya dan dibelah 2 ya. 🎈Bacon sy beli yg sdh slices gt d Grandlucky jd tnggal d potong uk sedang dan digoreng

🎈daun selada cuci bersih.
🎈Iris mentimun jepang (iris serong or bebas)
🎈Daun bawang dipotong or diiris ya. 🎈Daun wansui cuci bersih dan diambil bagian tengah batang s.d daunnya.
🎈tuna kalengan sy pakai juga sbg tambahan...digoreng pakai sisa minyak  yg abis goreng bacon td ya 🎈Setelag semua siap....pertama tama, celupkan semua sisi rice papernya ke air hangat kuku ya...trus angkat taruh di atas nampan or talenan....taruh daun selada, daun bawang, wansui, timun jepang, lalu gulung dlu sedikit..dan bag kanan kiri ditekuk..letakkan pot bacon di baris selanjutnya....lalu pot udang d baris selanjutnya (pot udangnya ingat ya bag badan luarnya letakkan dibawah menhadap keluar) gulung kembali sampai tergulung semua.
Sudah selesai deh.  Bisa lgsung dimakan or digoreng.
Celupkan pakai kecap asin + pot cabe rawit jg bisa.
Or pakai bumbu yg dibuat sendiri khusus buat vietnamese roll ini pakai hoisin sauce n peanut butter. Next ya saya share resep sausnya
Jika mau ditambahkan rebusan bihun silahkan ya
