-  Punya banyak stok teri medan jadi cah toge pakein teri ga kira2 banyaknya 😆

Resep Tauge Cah Teri Medan
•
Bahan:
300gr Tauge buang ekor
4sdm teri medan
4siung bawang putih geprek dan cincang halus
2sdm minyak goreng
Daun Bawang rajang halus
Garam dan kaldu jamur secukupnya
Air secukupnya
•
Cara:
1.Teri medan goreng hingga kekuningan lalu tiriskan, lalu minyak gorengnya dipakai untuk tumis bawang putih hingga harum dan kekuningan
2.Masukkan tauge, cah hingga stengah garing masukkan garam, kaldu jamur, aduk rata
3.Masukkan air sedikit,kurang lebih 3sdm agar tidak terlalu kering, masukkan daun bawang dan teri goreng lalu aduk rata, lalu diangkat (jangan sampi layu,enak kalo taugenya agak garing)
