Resep Spaghetti Lada Hitam • Marimasak

Buatnya udah beberapa minggu yang lalu, dan maaf banget baru share sekarang 😅 sebelumnya pernah buat yg lada hitam ft.  tuna tapi rasanya kok aneh ya.. dan ini nyoba lagi saya ganti dan tambah beberapa bahan. daaaaan, demi apa ini enak banget. sampe saya rantangin bekel kampus pas hujan2 waktu itu tetep enak!  walaupun dingin, spagettinya lembut, lada hitamnya kerasa, dan ada krenyes ayam dan paprikanya. selamat mencoba! .

Spageti Lada Hitam

.
bahan :
2 porsi spagetti
1 bks saori lada hitam
5 biji jamur kancing, iris tipis
2-3 biji ayam fillet  seasoning dengan garam dan goreng sebentar, sisihkan
1/4 paprika merah, iris
1/4 paprika kuning, iris
3sdm keju chedar parut
lada putih bubuk dan garam secukupnya
1 sdt oregano bubuk
1/2 bawang bombay, cincang
2 siung bawang putih
kaldu bubuk

caranya
1. dalam pan happy call, rebus spagetti dengan air secukupnya
2. masukkan bawang bombay, bawang putih, jamur, dan paprika. rebus sebentar
3. masukkan oregano bubuk, dan saori lada hitam, lada putih,  dan garam. jika dirasa perlu,  tambahkan kaldu bubuk secukupnya
4. aduk hingga matang dan air sedikit menyusut
5. jika sudah matang, kecilkan api dan masukkan keju parut dan ayam yg sudah digoreng.  sajikan! .
