Resep Sop Kambing Mantap • Marimasak

SOP KAMBING

Bahan2:
300 g Daging kambing + tetelan
3 siung Bawang putih, iris tipis.
6 siung Bawang merah, iris tipis.
Tomat
Wortel
Bunga kol
Daun Bawang
Seledri
Merica
Gula
Garam
Kaldu bubuk rasa sapi
Air secukupnya
Bawang goreng dan sambel kecap untuk pelengkap.

Cara membuat:
• Didihkan air, masukkan daging, rebus sekitar 15 menit. Buang airnya, cuci bersih dagingnya.
• Didihkan air lagi, rebus daging hingga empuk.
• Tumis bawang2an dengan margarin hingga wangi.
• Masukkan ke dalam rebusan daging.
• Masukkan wortel dan bunga kol.
• Masukkan gula, garam dan merica.
• Koreksi rasa.
• Masukkan tomat, daun bawang dan seledri.
• Angkat dan sajikan hangat.
• Beri bawang goreng dan sambal kecap sebagai pelengkap.
