Semur Ayam Kentang Tahu

Bahan-bahan ::
500 gr Ayam Potong
3 Buah Tahu (Iris,digoreng)
300 gr Kentang Kecil (Kupas,digoreng)
1 Buah Tomat (Iris 6 bagian)
4 sdm Minyak Goreng
1 Liter Air
Cabe Rawit Utuh Secukupnya
Bawang Goreng Untuk taburan
Bumbu Rempah ::
5 cm Kayu Manis
4 Biji Cengkeh
2 Biji Bunga Lawang/Pekak
3 cm Jahe (Dimemarkan)
3 Daun Salam
Bumbu Halus ::
6 Siung Bawang Putih
5 Siung Bawang Merah
5 Biji Kemiri
Bumbu Pelengkap ::
1 sdt Kaldu Bubuk
1/4 sdt Lada Bubuk
1/2 sdt Pala Bubuk
1 sdm Gula Merah sisir
Garam Secukupnya
Gula Pasir Secukupnya
8 sdm Kecap Manis (Opsional)

Cara Membuat ::
Panaskan minyak,masukkan bumbu rempah dan bumbu halus,tumis hingga harum. Kemudian masukkan ayam,aduk rata,lalu tuang air dan beri bumbu pelengkap..masak hingga mendidih dan daging ayam empuk,masukkan tahu goreng,kentang goreng, cabe rawit dan irisan tomat,aduk rata,koreksi rasa dan masak hingga tahu dan kentang berubah kecoklatan.
Semur ayam,kentang dan tahu ala bunda'nya icha siap disajikan jangan lupa taburi bawang goreng yaa..yuk makan siang 😀🍴
