Mau setor masakan kemaren.. pas hari apa gt ke tukang sayur dikasi seplastik rebung rebus yg diolah sendiri sama si istri tukang sayur.. warnanya putih gak kayak yg dijual dipasar umumnya gt yg warnanya rada kekuning2 or ke pink2 gt. Katanya ini bebas bahan kimia.."dijamin bu.. org istri saya sendiri yg olah.. jarang banget dapet bambu muda soalnya..." begitu deh ceritanya... akhirnya beli kemakan cerita si tukang sayur... sampe rumah pen dibikin isian lumpia.. tapi liat kulkas gak punya kulit lumpia siap pake, kudu beli ke SPM? Or bikin ndiri?? Duh malessee... jadi di sayur aja wes.. dibikin kuah santen.. eehh para krucil doyann euy...😍

REBUNG EBI KUAH SANTAN

Bahan:
- 1/4 kg rebung rebus. Cuci bersih
- 2 genggam udang rebon cuci bersih
- 3 bawang putih haluskan
- 5 bawang merah haluskan
- 1 sdt ketumbar bubuk
- 1 butir kemiri haluskan
- 1 jempol kunyit haluskan
- 1 jempol laos geprek
- 3 daun salam
- 3 daun jeruk sobek2
- 1 bungkus santan kental
- 2 lt air

Cara buat:
Tumis semua bumbu yg dihaluskan, tumbar bubuk, laos dan salam, daun jeruk sampe harum. Masukkan rebon. Tumis sampai rebon matang. Kemudian masukkan rebung. Tambahkan air. Masak sampai bumbu meresap. Beri gula n garam.tes rasa. Tambahkan santan kental. Masak sampai semua matang. Sajikan.
