Pas mau berangkat ke Inggris tahun lalu ada keluarga bilang “puas-puasin makan yg ga dijual disana...” apa itu? Ya semacam jeroan, ceker, kikil, burung dara dkk. Begitu sampe sini ya sih emg ga ada dijual si supermarket jeroan2 begini tapi kl di butcher India mah “BANYAK dan MURAH MERIAH 😂”.

Seinget saya di Indonesia paru sekilo msh kisaran 65rb ya nah disini 2 kg cuma £1 (18ribu) 😂. Kikil juga sekitar 20rb 1 kg lebih... jadilah surga dunia untuk penyuka beginian ✌🏻. Si paru ini pula kl di rumah makan padang jadi list pertama yang saya cari pas di Indo hehe. .

PARU GORENG .
.
Bahan :
1 kg Paru
3 siung bawang putih
1/2 sdt ketumbar
Tapioka secukupnya.
Garam
Daun Jeruk
.
CARA MEMBUAT :
1. Rebus paru di air mendidih, beri garam dan daun jeruk.
2. Jika sudah empuk angkat potong tipis lebar.
3. Uleg bawang putih, ketumbar garam. Lalu balurkan ke paru sampai rata, gulingkan ke tapioka satu per satu, goreng sampai kering dan matang.
