Resep MARTABAK TELUR SUPER

√ Marimasak

Bahan :
8 lembar kulit lumpia
2 butir telur bebek
Secukupnya daun bawang
1/2 siung bawang bombay
Secukupnya kornet / daging cincang
Secukupnya minyak untuk menumis
Secukupnya garam, lada bubuk / kaldu bubuk

Cara buat :
1. Tumis bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan daging giling / kornet. Lalu tambahkan garam dan lada bubuk. Koreksi rasa.
2. Masukkan tumisan daging kedalam wadah yang sudah terisi daun bawang dan telur bebek. Setelah itu koreksi rasa lagi.
3. Klo udah oke, masukkan bahan ke dalam kulit lumpia. Goreng hingga kecoklatan.

Kuah Cuko :
Didihkan air, masukkan garam, gula merah, cuka sedikit demi sedikit sampai rasanya pas.
Acar :
Campurkan kedalam wadah ketimun (yang sudah di buang bijinya) dan wortel yang di potong dadu, cabai rawit, bawang merah, lalu tambahkan sedikit air, gula pasir, garam dan cuka.
