Beberapa hari lalu nyoba buat sendiri Ayam Sambal Matah ala saya (iya ala saya, biar kalau ada yang protes gak bisa 😂) Terus gak nyangka bisa seenak itu (kata suami saya sih muwehehehe) Saya sharing malam-malam biar teman-teman yang masih bingung mau masak apa besok, kepikiran buat ini aja 😁
.
.
Bahan ayam: dada ayam yang direbus dan dikasih perasan air jeruk nipis. Setelahnya disuwir-suwir lalu digoreng sebentar tanpa minyak goreng
.
.
Bahan sambal matah: 8 batang sereh, 7 cabe rawit, 2 lembar daun jeruk, 7 siung bawang merah (semuanya diiris tipis). 1/2 sdt garam, 1/2 sdt gula, terasi dan minyak goreng (dihangatkan dulu sebentar di api kecil. Campur semuanya jadi satu
.
.
Lalu ayam dan sambal matah dijadiin satu deh. Mudah ya ternyata, ya Tuhan kemana aja saya selama ini 😂😂 .
