Resep Ayam Goreng Klasik • Marimasak

Ayam Goreng Klasik

Bahan - bahan :
1 ekor ayam
1 sachet saori saus tiram
1 ruas kunyit
1 ruas jahe
Air secukupnya
1 sdt ketumbar
2 lembar daun salam
1 batang serai

Cara membuat :
1. Cuci bersih ayam
2. Blender bumbu (ketumbar, bawang putih, kunyit &jahe)masukan ke ayam, diamkan 5 menit
3. Masak ayam dengan bumbu tambahkan air sedikit, masukan garam, saus tiram,& penyedap rasa
4. Tutup wajan, masak hingga bumbu menyerap
5. Panaskan minyak goreng, goreng ayam hingga kecoklatan

*tips : ketika masak ayam bersama bumbu, jangan terlalu lama karna dapat membuat ayam menjadi lembek dan mudah hancur ketika digoreng

The Law of Eating Food for the Rest of Others in Islam
