MASAK SARAPAN APA HARI INI BUNDA???

Kebentulan klo untuk sarapan suamiku tuh paling ga ribet cmn menyiapkan 1 mcm makanan simpel yang digoreng2 itu udah cukup,, hari ini kebetulan lg bikin perkedel kentang,, di poto itu kaya 2 mcm makanan berbeda,,pdhl isinya sama.. yaitu perkedel,, yang bulat perkedel biasa,,terus yang bulet2 lonjong itu perkedel yang dicelup tepung panir ,, rasanya sangat berbeda,, lebih enak dan krenyes2.. silahkan dicoba bunda... _

PERKEDEL KENTANG KRENYES :
4 buah kentang,kupas,goreng,haluskan
1 batang daun bawang,cincang kasar
Seledri
1 sdm mentega
garam dan kaldu bubuk secukupnya
1 butir telur untuk dicampur ke adonan dan 1 butir telur untuk pencelup
Tepung ppanir
minyak untuk menggoreng

bumbu yg dihaluskan:
3 siung bawang putih,goreng utuh
1 sdt merica butiran

Cara membuat:
masukkan  kentang yg sudah dihaluskan,lalu beri bumbu yg sudah dihaluskan,aduk rata,masukkan daun bawang, seledri dan mentega,aduk kembali,beri garam dan kaldu bubuk,koreksi rasa,masukkan kocokan telur,aduk2 dan bulatkan lalu pipihkan,sebelum digoreng celupkan ke telur yg sudah dikocok,jika tidak akan digoreng bisa disimpan ke kulkas ttp jangan dicelup ke telur yg sudah dikocok tadi ya,insyaAllah bisa tahan hingga 5 hari,
untuk yang krenyes2 setelah dibulatkan langsung dicelupkan ke tepung panir, lalu goreng hingga kecoklatan,,
