Marimasak • Met siang... ada yang suka jantung pisang?.. saya suka banget... di oseng2 yang pedes pakai petai dan udang rebon kering duh enake poll....bikin nambah2 mulu makannya hhehe...

Oseng2 jantung pisang:
1 bh jantung pisang kupas kulit merahnya
1 papan petai kupas iris
1 genggam udang rebon kering
Daun salam
Lengkuas
Sereh
Garam
Penyedap
Gula secukupnya

Bumbu iris:
1 genggam cabe rawit merah
5 siung bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
.
Caranya:
Kupas jantung yang bagian merah
Lalu potong 2 bagian kemudian rebus
Iris2 jantung siaihkan
Tumis bumbu iris daun salam lengkuas dan sereh hingga harum tambahkan udang rebon..masukan jantung pisang petai beri air sedikit..bubuhi garam gula dan penyedap..masak hingga matang angkat...
