Cilok Goreng Bumbu Kacang Pedas • Marimasak

🍡Ini cilok goreng & cilok bumbu kacang pedes ala-ala bunda & yanda'nya Markincha (karena bikinnya berdua) Hhaha.. 😄 nah ini karena bunda lagi punya stok tepung terigu dan kanji banyak dirumah ya disulap aja jadi cilok ini.. lumayan bisa buat tambahan cemilan di acara tasyakuran malam ini..🌃 .

Cilok (Pentol Kanji)

Bahan-bahan ::
200 gr Tepung Tapioka/kanji
150 gr Tepung Terigu
4 Siung Bawang Putih,haluskan
1/2 sdt Kaldu Bubuk
1/4 sdt Lada Bubuk
Garam Secukupnya
200 ml Air (Secukupnya)
Iris Daun Bawang/kucai
Pelengkap ::
Sambal kacang
Saos sambal
Kecap manis

Cara Membuat ::
Siapkan wadah,masukkan tepung terigu,bawang putih halus,kaldu bubuk,lada bubuk dan garam, aduk rata, sisihkan.
Panaskan air hingga mendidih..kemudian tuang dalam wadah yang berisi tepung terigu, aduk rata dengan menggunakan sendok kayu,

kemudian masukkan tepung tapioka/kanji sedikit demi sedikit dan masukkan irisan daun bawang, uleni hingga tercampur rata dan dapat dipulung/dibentuk.
Panaskan air untuk merebus cilok.. bentuk adonan berbentuk bulat, kemudian masukkan dalam rebusan air yang mendidih tadi..masak hingga cilok terapung yang tandanya cilok sudah matang..angkat dan tiriskan,kemudian masukan cilok dalam magicom/bisa dikukus juga agar cilok slalu hangat dan empuk kenyalnya awet 😀 mau digoreng juga oke loh rasanya..jadi sesuai selera aja ya.. Nb :: tingkat kekenyalan sesuai selera..jika ingin lebih kenyal kurangi terigu dan ganti dengan tapioka/kanji.
Cilok/pentol kanji siap disajikan dengan sambal kacang,saos sambal dan kecap manis..🍡🍡🍡 👍😀 Sambal Kacang Sederhana

Bahan-bahan ::
200 gr Kacang tanah goreng (Haluskan)
Garam Secukupnya
Penyedap rasa secukupnya
1 sdm Gula merah disisir
50 ml Minyak goreng
Air secukupnya
Bumbu halus ::
2 Cabe Merah
6 Cabe Rawit (Opsional)
2 Bawang Putih
Cara membuat ::
Panaskan minyak goreng,tumis bumbu halus dan masukkan kacang tanah halus,beri air secukupnya,garam,penyedap rasa dan gula merah. Masak hingga tercampur rata dan kental. Sambal kacang sederhana siap disajikan.
