Cara Membuat Pastel Goreng • Marimasak

Belajar memilin pastel ternyata susyaahhh juga.. dan hasil seperti  ini saja saya udah sumringaahhh hooorrreee bisa digoreng dan cuuusss pocan 😅😅😅
Renyah bnget ya kulitnya isiannya -pun enak banget karena diresep ada bahan SKMnya semula saya ragu tapi kok bikin penasaran sprt apa tastenya 🤔🤔 yuukk liat resepnya

Pastel Goreng

💠Bahan Kulit:

🔹250 gr tepung terigu.
🔹3/4 sdt garam
🔹1/2 sdt gula
🔹1/2 sdt merica bubuk.
🔹50 gr butter {suhu ruang} bukan margarin ya
🔹110 ml air
🔹5 ml minyak goreng

Cara membuat:
🔹Campur tepung terigu dengan garam, gula, merica hingga rata.
🔹Tambahkan butter aduk-aduk dengan ujung jari-jari hingga berbutir halus.
🔹Tuangi air & minyak sambil uleni ringan hingga tercampur rata.
🔹Uleni sampai adonan tidak lengket lagi.
🔹Bagi adonan jadi 18, bulatkan adonan, gilas adonan agak tipis, isi dg isian, bentuk & cetak sesuai selera.

🔹2 siung bawang putih cincang
🔹1 buah wortel
🔹1 buah kentang uk besar 200gr
🔹100 gr daging ayam cincang kasar
🔹1 buah bawang bombay,iris kotak" kecil
🔹1 sdm saos tiram
🔹1 sachet SKM
🔹1 sdm munjung margarin buat menumis
🔹1/4 sdt merica bubuk
🔹Gula
🔹Garam
🔹daun bawang
🔹1 sdm tepung maizena

Cara buat isian:
🔹Cuci bersih ,wortel dan kentang potong kecil" lalu rebus sebentar
🔹Panaskan wajan masukkan margarin, masukkan bawang putih dan bawang bombay tumis sampai harum
🔹masukkan daging ayam dan merica
🔹Tambahkan wortel, kentang dan air (kira2 aja airnya)saos tiram,skm tunggu sampai empuk .
🔹Masukkan garam,gula tepung maizena yang sudah dicampur dengan air,masukkan daun bawang masak sampai mendidih, tunggu sampai melted jangan terlalu kering cicipi rasa kalo sudah pas matikan kompor lalu dinginkan  dan siap digunakan
