Tahu Kuah Gurih - Marimasak

TAHU Kuah Gurih

BAHAN:
1 kotak tahu sutra
1 ikat daun horenzo
1 ons jamur simeji
1 butir telor ambil putihnya aja dan kocok pelan jangan berbuih.

BUMBU:
3 sdm saus tiram
3 buah bwg putih cincang
1 sdm kecap manis
1 cm jahe
1/2 sdt minyak wijen
Garam
.
CARA MEMASAK:
1. Rebus sebentar daun horenzo.
2. Cincang dan masukan ke dlm putih telur.
3. Siapkan tahu sutra di atas mangkuk dan taburi atasnya dg daun horenzo lalu kukus selama 15 menit.
4. Tumis bwg putih sampai hatum masukan jamur simeji dan bumbu lainya. Setelah matang sisihkan.
5. Angkat tahu yg sudah dikukus. Letakan diatas piring dan siram pakai saus jamur simeji tadi lalu sajikan.

The Law of Eating Food for the Rest of Others in Islam
