Sate Udang Galah Nikmat - Marimasak

Dapat juga udang galah, tapi ini udang galah minapadi, udang galah yg dibudidayakan secara tumpangsari dengan padi di sawah. Rasanya tetep saja enaak spt udang galah yg hidup liar di sungai sungai besar.

Udang Bakar

Bahan :
-1/2kg udang galah
-1buah jeruk nipis
.
Bumbu Rendaman ;
-4siung bawang merah
-3siung bawang putih
-3buah cabe merah besar
-1ruas kunyit
-2butir kemiri
-1ruas jahe
-2sdm kecap manis
-1sdm gula pasir
-1sdt garam
-1sdt kaldu jamur
-2sdm minyak panas
.
Cara Memasak ;
1. Ambil udang gunting ujung ujung yg runcing dan panjang di sekitar kepala, gunting kulit keras bagian punggung sedikit saja congkel kotoran udang lalu cuci bersih, lumuri jeruk nipis, sisihkan
2. Sangrai semua bumbu dasar, sampai wangi lalu haluskan tambahkan garam gula kaldu jamur kecap manis lalu siram dengan minyak panas, aduk rata
3. Lumuri udang dengan bumbu sampai rata, diamkan bumbu meresap kurleb 1jam (taruh kulkas) tusuk badan udang dengan tusukan sate, tarik memanjang
4. Bakar di bara api atau di atas kompor
5. Sajikan dengan sambal kecap
