Sate Telur Puyuh - Marimasak

SATE TELUR PUYUH

ini rasanya ga terlalu manis banget ya, tetap ada rasa asin/gurih nya👌

BAHAN :
40 butir telur puyuh rebus, kupas kulitnya
3 lembar daun salam
1 lembar daun jati (optional/kalau ada) bisa juga pake 2 kantung teh celup atau segenggam kulit bawang merah yg sdh dicuci bersih atau beberapa lembar daun jambu biji
1 sdm gula merah/sesuai selera
2 sdm kecap manis/sesuai selera
1 sdm air asam jawa
1 ruas jempol lengkuas memarkan
Garam, kaldu jamur, merica bubuk
air secukupnya .

BUMBU HALUS :
5 siung bawang merah
6 siung bawang putih
1 sdt ketumbar bubuk .

CARA MEMBUAT :
Campurkan semua bahan tambahkan air secukupnya/sampai telur terendam, aduk rata didihkan (cek rasa sesuaikan selera) masak sampai air menyusut, angkat dinginkan tusuk dng tusuk sate . .
