Puasa 3 Hari Setiap Bulan • Nasehat Islam

Rasulullah Shallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam bersabda: " Barang siapa yang berpuasa tiga hari pada setiap bulan, maka sama halnya dengan puasa sebulan penuh".

 Rasulullah Shallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam berwasiat kepadaku dengan tiga hal: Hendaknya saya tidak tidur kecuali setelah shalat witir, berpuasa tiga hari di pertengahan tiap bulan serta untuk selalu mengerjakan shalat dluha.

The Law of Eating Food for the Rest of Others in Islam
