Gulai Cumi Bunting - Marimasak

GULAI CUMI BUNTING

BAHAN:
1/2 kg Cumi ukuran sedang, bersikan dan buang tulang.
2 bh tahu, hancurkan
1 bh wortel, parit halus
Seledri, iris halus
Daun bawang, iris halus
Garam
Santan instan 65 ml (ditambah air hingga 500 ml)
1 sereh, geprek
1 daun kunyit
1 daun jeruk
1 daun salam

Bumbu yg dihaluskan:
7 bh Cabe merah keriting
3 bh bawang merah
2 bh bawang putih
3 cm jahe
1,5 cm kunyit
.
CARA MEMASAK:
1. Campurkan tahu, parutan wortel, daun bawang dan seledri, beri sedikit garam.
2. Masukkan campuran tahu tsb ke kantong cumi, selipkan kepala cumi, tusuk dg tusuk gigi.
3. Rebus cumi kurang lebih 10 menit. Tiriskan.
4. Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi, masukkan daun sereh, daun kunyit, daun jeruk, daun salam, lalu masukkan cumi. Aduk rata. Tambahkan santan. Masak hingga mendidih. Jgn lupa beri garam.
5. Gulai Cumi Bunting siap dihidangkan.
