Cara Membuat Cumi Masak Pandan - Marimasak

CUMI MASAK PANDAN

BAHAN
500 gr cumi
1 buah jeruk nipis, ambil airnya
3 lembar daun pandan muda, iris
1 sdm air asam Jawa pekat
1 gengam daun kemangi
Gula pasir dan garam secukupnya
100 ml air
.
Bumbu yang dihaluskan:
10 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
12 cabai merah
3 butir kemiri, sangrai
1 cm jahe
.
CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Cuci bersih cumi, buang tintanya. Lumuri dg air jeruk nipis, diamkan selama 20 menit. Cuci kembali dan tiriskan
2. Kerat2 badan cumi jangan sampai putus, lalu semat dengan lidi badan dan kepalanya. Sisihkan
3. Tumis bumbu halus hingga matang dan harum, tuang air biarkan sampai mendidih dan air  menyusut
4. Masukkan cumi dan daun pandan. Masak Jangan lebih dari 3 menit biar cumi ga liat dan juicy
5. Terakhir masukkan air asam Jawa, gula pasir dan garam. Aduk rata perlahan. Masukkan kemanginya. Koreksi rasa. Matikan api
