Ayam KFC Versi Rumahan - Marimasak

Resep Membuat

Ayam kentucky super crispy

 Bahan-bahan

6 potong paha ayam

7 buah bawang putih

4 buah bawang merah

1 ruas kunyit

1 sdt ketumbar

1 sdt merica

1 sdt garam

tepung

4 sdm tepung sagu

7 sdm tepung terigu protein rendah

secukupnya garam

secukupnya kaldu bubuk

1 sdt merica

1 butir telur

Langkah

Cuci ayam sampai bersih lalu tusuk tusuk dg garpu, boleh juga dikerat sedikit supaya bumbu meresap

Kocok telur lalu sisihkan..Haluskan bumbu kemudian campurkan dg kocokan telur

Campurkan bumbu halus ke ayam... Diamkan 1 - 2 jam supaya bumbu meresap

Tiriskan ayam.. sisihkan sisa rendaman bumbu ke dalam mangkuk... ini nanti digunakan sbg bahan pencelup

Campurkan semua bahan tepung... Gulingkan ayam ke adonan tepung.. kemudian celupkan ke adonan pencelup Lalu gulingkan ke tepung lagi. Sambil dicubit cubit biar tekstur kulitnya keriting.. Goreng dg minyak melimpah api sedangcenderung kecil... Jadi deh ayam kentucky super crispy
