Ayam Bakar Teflon - Marimasak

Ayam bakar teflon

Bahan :
Beberapa potong ayam
Seruas Lengkuas geprek
Kecap manis
Daun salam
Bumbu halus :
2 siung bawang putih
4 siung bawang merah
Seruas kunyit
Seruas jahe
Merica secukupnya
Ketumbar secukupnya
.

Cara membuat :
1. Bersihkan ayam lalu beri sayatan pada ayam agar bumbu lebih meresap
2. Tumis bumbu halus,  lengkuas,  dan daun salam hingga harum,  masukkan ayam. Jika bumbu sudah sedikit meresap masukkan air.
3. Tambahkan garsm,  penyedap,  dan kecap manis. Masak ayam hingga matang dan kuah menyusut.
4. Panaskan teflon,  lalu panggang ayam beberapa menit,  balik lalu angkat.
5. Ayam siap disajikan

The Law of Eating Food for the Rest of Others in Islam
