nengok ke kulkas ada taoge lagi 2 bungkus, paling enak dibuatin tumisan. resep ini bisa ditambahin telur/ayam/udang ya. bisa kombinasi suka2 😆

Tumis Taoge Kacang Panjang

Bahan :
1/2 ikat kacang panjang, potong pendek
2 bks taoge
6 biji bawang putih, geprek lalu iris
4 biji bawang merah,iris tipis
2 biji cabe merah besar, hilangkan cabe dan iris
3 biji cabe rawit,hilangkan cabe dan iris
2 buah daun bawang, iris tipis
2 buah tomat, potong potong kotak
garam dan lada secukupnya
kaldu bubuk (royco/masako) bila suka

caranya :
1. tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe, daun bawang hingga wangi
2. masukkan kacang panjang, tumis sebentar hingga setengah matang. potong tambahkan garam, lada, dan kaldu bubuk
3. tambahkam sedikit air bila perlu. potong masukkan taoge dan tomat. tambahkan aduk sebentar. masukkan koreksi rasa dan sajikan
