Sate Jamur Tiram - Marimasak

SATE JAMUR TIRAM
.
BAHAN:
150 gram jamur tiram
.
BAHAN RENDAMAN:
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdm kecap manis
secukupnya garam
1 siung bawang putih, dihaluskan
.
BAHAN OLESAN:
secukupnya margarin, lelehkan
secukupnya kecap manis
.
SAMBAL KECAP:
3 sdm kecap
1 buah bawang merah
5 buah cabe merah kecil
.
CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Cuci jamur tiram, rebus diair mendidih sampai agak layu. Suwir2. Rendam dibumbu perendam selama 10-15 menit
2. Tusuk2 di tusuk sate. Lalu bakar. *saat dibakar oles juga dengan campuran margarin dan kecap manis.
3. Bakar sampai matang, angkat dan sajikan. Saya sajikan dengan sambal kecap

Sambal kecap:
Potong2 cabe dan bawang merah lalu campur dengan kecap manis.
