Sambel Pete Istimewa - Marimasak

SAMBAL PETE Istimewa

BAHAN:
250 gram pete (bersihkan dan belah menjadi dua bagian)
15 buah bawang merah
6 siung bawang putih
150 gram cabai rawit merah
100 gram cabai merah besar
Garam
Gula
Penyedap rasa bila diperlukan
Minyak
.
CARA MEMASAK:
1. Goreng semua cabai dan bawang sampai matang.
2. Setelah itu ulek kasar cabe dan bawang tersebut jangan terlalu lembut jika disara sudah cukup.
3. Panaskan minyak sisa menggoreng cabai tadi dan tumis ulekan sambal dengan garam, gula dan penyedap.
4. Masukkan pete yg sebelumnya sudah digoreng terlebih dahulu.
5. Sambal pete siap disajikan.
