Resep Crispy Chicken Katsu - Marimasak

Resep crispy chicken katsu - Marimasak

Bahan :
2 fillet dada ayam, potong melintang, pipihkan perlahan dan jangan sampe hancur

Bumbu marinade (aduk jadi satu):
- 3 sdm kecap asin
- 1/2 sdm gula merah
- 1/2 sdt jahe parut
- 2 siung bawang putih dihaluskan
- 1/2 buah bawang bombay ukuran kecil diparut
- 50 ml air

Bahan lumuran tepung (aduk jadi satu): - 2 sdm tepung terigu
- 3 sdm kanji - 1 sdm maizena
- 2 sdt boncabe
- 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
Kocokan telur (kocok jadi satu):
- 2 butir telur kocok lepas + 1 sendok makan kecap asin

Bahan lainnya:
- tepung roti secukupnya
- minyakuntuk menggoreng - salad + mayonese sesuai selera

Cara membuat :
1. Marinade fillet ayam dan diamkan di kulkas minimal 1 jam (aku kemarin 3 jam)
2. Keluarkan dari kulkas, usap dengan tisu. Kemudian, balut dengan bahan lumuran tepung dilanjutkan dengan kocokan telur dan terakhir balut dengan tepung roti.
3. Goreng di minyak panas
4. Sajikan dengan salad.

Yuummyyyy!!!!! Kemarin di kulkas adanya sayur wortel, tomat, sama sawi putih, cuss cincang + kasih mayonese, jadi deh saladnyaaa.
