Sunnah Yang Bermanfaat

1⃣ B.A.B duduk, beresiko tinggi terkena wasir/ambeien. BAB jongkok lebih bersih dan menyehatkan, dan yg terpenting itu adalah SUNNAH.

2⃣ Kencing berdiri beresiko prostat dan batu ginjal. Kencing jongkok lebih bersih dan menyehatkan, dan yg terpenting itu adalah SUNNAH.

3⃣ Enzim di tangan membantu makanan lebih mudah dicerna. Dibanding dengan besi, kayu, atau plastik, makan dengan tangan lebih bersih, fitrah dan menyehatkan, dan yg terpenting itu adalah SUNNAH.

4⃣ Makan dan minum berdiri dpt mengganggu perncernaan. Dengan duduk lebih santun dan menyehatkan, dan yg terpenting itu adalah SUNNAH.

5⃣ Makan di kursi, masih kurang menyehatkan. Dengan duduk di lantai, tubuh akan membagi perut menjadi 3 ruang: udara, makanan dan air, dan yg terpenting itu adalah SUNNAH.

6⃣ Makan buah setelah makan (cuci mulut) kurang bagus bagi lambung, karena ada reaksi asam. Yang sehat adalah makan buah sebelum makan, membantu melicinkan saluran pencernaan dan membuatnya lebih siap, dan yg terpenting itu adalah SUNNAH.

7⃣ Tidur tengkurep tidak bagus untuk kesehatan, bahkan itu tidurnya syetan. Tidur menghadap kanan lebih menyehatkan, dan yg terpenting itu adalah SUNNAH.

8⃣ Banyak Rahasia Sunnah yg telah diteliti para pakar, dari segi hikmah, manfaat, dan kesehatan. Benarlah yg dikatakan: di balik sunnah ada kejayaan. Bagi kita, jika misalnya belum tahu manfaatnya, terus saja semangat mengikuti adab dan tuntunan Rasul. Manfaat itu efek samping, motivasi utamanya adalah mengikuti adab dan tuntunan Rasul.

9⃣ Seorang dokter Eropa berkata: jika semua manusia mengamalkan 3 sunnah saja (sunnah makan, sunnah di Kamar Mandi, dan sunnah tidur), maka harusnya saya berhenti jadi dokter karena tidak ada pasien.. Allahumma sholli wasallim wabaarik alaih wa ala alaih.
