Hadits Ahmad No. 16652

"Pamanku, Zhuhair bin Rafi' menjumpai aku seraya mengatakan, "Wahai anak saudaraku, sesungguhnya Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam telah melarang kami suatu perkara yang perkara itu telah akrab dengan kami." Maka saya bertanya, "Apakah itu wahai pamanku?" dia menjawab, "Beliau melarang kami untuk menyewakan ladang-ladang kami di Shirar (nama sebuah tempat dekat Madinah)." Rafi' berkata, "Saya lalu berkata, "Wahai pamanku, ketaatan kepada Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam adalah lebih berhak (untuk dijalani). Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam telah bersabda (melarangnya), kemudian kalian menyewakannya dengan sebuah sungai kecil yang banyak airnya atau dengan beberapa sha' gandum!" Rafi' melanjutkan perkataannya, "Janganlah kalian lakukan, tetapi olahlah atau tanamilah lahan itu." Zuhair berkata, "Maka kami pun menjual harta kami yang ada di Shirar." Abdullah berkata, " Aku bertanya kepada bapakku mengenai hadits-hadits Rafi' bin Khadij, kadang ia berkata, 'Nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wasallam telah melarang kami.' Dan terkadang ia berkata, 'Dari kedua pamannya.' Bapakku lalu menjawab, "Semuanya adalah shahih. Dan yang paling saya sukai adalah hadits Ayyub."
